Who is Ethan?+
Ethan is the 10-year-old neurodiverse (SEND) founder of Ethan Creatives. Every order is safely supervised by mum.
What are Ethan's plaster figures?+
They are handmade plaster characters and ornaments supplied ready for you to paint, personalise and enjoy at home.
Do the figures arrive painted?+
Unless the product page says otherwise, figures arrive unpainted so you can choose every colour yourself. Selected finished examples may also be available in the shop.
Are paints included?+
Each product page clearly says what is included. Some sets include paints and brushes, while individual figures are supplied on their own.
What ages are the figures for?+
They are creative keepsakes and painting activities for children and families. Adult supervision is recommended, especially with young children, paints and small parts.
Are the figures handmade?+
Yes. Ethan and mum prepare the plaster figures with care, allow them to dry fully and check each one before packing.
How should I paint my figure?+
Water-based acrylic or poster paints work well. Apply thin coats, let each coat dry and ask an adult to protect your work surface.
Will every figure look identical?+
Because plaster figures are handmade, tiny variations and natural surface marks can occur. These are part of what makes each creation unique.
How much is delivery?+
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and shipping is calculated from the weight of your order at checkout.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
What comes in a paint kit?+
Each kit has a plaster model on an A5 backing card and usually 3 acrylic paints (2ml per colour), unless the product description says otherwise. Model sizes vary by design as each one is handmade. Kits are suitable from age 3+ with adult help and supervision.
How do I care for plaster figures?+
Keep them dry, handle them gently and display them indoors. Plaster can chip or break if dropped and should not be used as a toy.
Can I return my order?+
Personalised party orders cannot be cancelled. For everything else, UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind — contact us and return the items unused for a refund. Used or painted items can only be returned if faulty. See Delivery & Returns in the footer.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Plaster is delicate. If an item arrives defective or broken, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will do our best to send a replacement promptly.
