DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. The delivery price is calculated from the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

Personalised party orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are made especially for you.

For everything else, UK law gives you 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Just contact us within 14 days and return the items unused and in their original condition within a further 14 days for a refund.

Items that have been used, painted or opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Plaster is delicate. If an item arrives defective or broken, please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will do our best to send a replacement out promptly.
